At Perola we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping Duration:

All your products are shipped from our office or warehouse in Mumbai, India by our third party courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

For domestic (metros & central district areas): 5 – 7 days

For domestic (non-metros & out of city areas): 5 – 10 days

NOTE: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping Instructions

Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as we use 3rd party couriers, we may not have full control over the service level of the courier company. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. in the Shipping Instructions. We at Perola takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping Rates and Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Free Shipping is offered for all orders in India. However, the prices for international shipping will be calculated during checkout.
